Terms of Service

Dimora is a product of Soraya Luxury Travels Private Limited (“Soraya Luxury Travels”, “we”, “us”), powered by Arta. It gives you tools to build a travel website, choose hotels from our library, set your own selling price and share the site with your audience. When a guest books, we confirm the reservation with the hotel, take the guest’s payment, provide guest support and pay you your margin.

You are the seller and the face of your website. Soraya Luxury Travels is the operator of the booking and the merchant of record for guest payments.

• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep your password private.
• One person or business per account, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We show you a net rate for each hotel. You choose the selling price. The difference, after Dimora’s share for your tier, is your margin. Net rates come from live hotel inventory and can change until a booking is confirmed; your selling price updates only when you change it, so check your margins regularly.

There is no setup fee and no monthly fee. Dimora’s share per booking depends on your tier, which is based on the number of confirmed bookings and is shown in your dashboard.

• A booking is confirmed when the hotel confirms it and the guest’s payment succeeds.
• Cancellations and changes follow the hotel’s policy shown at booking. If a guest cancels within a free window, no margin is earned on that booking.
• Margins are paid out on the schedule shown in your dashboard, after the guest’s stay has started, to the payout method you provide.
• If a booking is refunded or charged back, any margin already paid on it may be deducted from future payouts.

• Describe hotels and prices honestly. Do not promise what the hotel does not offer.
• Follow advertising and consumer rules that apply to you, including disclosing that you earn from bookings where the law requires it.
• Handle your own taxes on the margin you earn.
• Only use content (photos, text, logos) you have the right to use.
• Not use Dimora for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and not try to access other sellers’ data or interfere with the platform.

You own your brand, name, logo and the text and images you add. You give us a licence to host, display and process that content to run your site. We own Dimora, its software, hotel data and design, and you may not copy, resell or reverse engineer them. Hotel photos and descriptions from our library may be used only on your Dimora site.

You can close your account at any time from the dashboard; confirmed bookings will still be honoured for guests. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, harms guests or hotels, or creates legal or fraud risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Dimora is provided as is. We do our best to keep rates, availability and the platform accurate and online, but we cannot guarantee it. Hotels provide the stay; we are not responsible for the quality of a hotel’s service. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the margins we paid you in that period.

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will email you before it takes effect, and continuing to use Dimora after that means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
