Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Dimora collects, why, and the choices you have. It covers people who build websites on Dimora (sellers) and people who book through those websites (guests).

01Who we are

Dimora is a platform operated by Soraya Luxury Travels Private Limited (“Soraya Luxury Travels”, “we”, “us”) and powered by Arta. Dimora lets sellers create a travel website, list hotels from our library and sell them at a price they set. We handle hotel inventory, bookings, payments and guest support on the seller’s behalf.

For guest bookings, Soraya Luxury Travels is the party that confirms the reservation with the hotel and takes payment. The seller’s website is a storefront built on Dimora.

02What we collect

From sellers:

  • Account details: name, email, phone, password (stored hashed) and business details you add.
  • Website content: your site name, logo, colours, domain, chosen hotels and the prices you set.
  • Payout details needed to pay your margin, handled by our payment partner.
  • Usage data: pages visited, actions in the dashboard, device and browser information.

From guests booking on a seller’s site:

  • Booking details: guest names, email, phone, dates, room and special requests.
  • Payment information, which is collected and processed by our payment partner. We do not store full card numbers.
  • Communications with our support team.

03How we use it

  • To run the service: build and host seller websites, show live hotel rates, confirm bookings, take payment and pay out margins.
  • To send booking confirmations, vouchers and service messages to guests and sellers.
  • To provide guest support on the seller’s behalf.
  • To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud.
  • To improve Dimora, using aggregated usage data.
  • To send sellers product news and offers, which you can opt out of at any time.

04Who we share it with

  • Hotels and hotel supply partners, to make and manage the reservation.
  • Payment partners, to take guest payments and pay sellers.
  • The seller whose website a guest booked on, so they can see their own bookings and earnings. Sellers see booking details, not payment card data.
  • Service providers that host, email or support the platform, under contract with us.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell personal information.

05Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make bookings work, and analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting bookings.

06How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to run the reservation, handle disputes and meet tax and accounting rules. Seller accounts are kept until you close them, after which we delete or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep it by law.

07Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent. Sellers can update most details in their dashboard. For anything else, email us at support@dimora.club and we will reply within 30 days.

08Security

Data is encrypted in transit, internal access is limited to people who need it, and payments are handled by partners that meet card industry standards. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.

09Children

Dimora is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18 except as part of a booking made by an adult, such as a child’s name on a reservation.

10Changes and contact

We will post any changes here and update the date at the top. If a change is significant we will email sellers. Questions about privacy go to support@dimora.club.
